Manufacturers & Distributors, Inc. was founded in 1972 by the late
Joseph Gentile. Current
President Steven Gentile diversified the company in 2003 when
Accu-Tech Lighting was born. The company now spans three
generations as Amanda Gentile follows in her grandfather's and father's
footsteps learning the business from the ground up.
The Accu-Tech family of products
are rapidly becoming a leader in the Task Lighting Industry and can
be found in Major Universities across America.
Most lighting companies in the US
today are outsourcing their products to China in the name of a low
cost big profits philosophy. In the end, the market is flooded with
low-end poor quality products that are built to last a couple of
years before ending up in a landfill. All of our
products are proudly made in the USA in our Wauconda, Illinois
facility. Our quality standards are backed up by a 5-year warranty.

of our vendors are small family-owned companies like ours located in
the US. All fabricated and machined parts are made in America to
